Items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer

Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered

Clearance, final sale, or promotional items

Returns sent without prior authorization
⚠️ Please carefully review our measurement guide before ordering. Sofa covers are sizing-sensitive, and we cannot be responsible for sizing errors caused by incorrect measurements.
Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to product availability

Replacement items will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected
Refunds
