Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us at Teaselhome. That’s why we offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 30 natural days from delivery.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include the order number or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer

  • Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items

  • Returns sent without prior authorization

⚠️ Please carefully review our measurement guide before ordering. Sofa covers are sizing-sensitive, and we cannot be responsible for sizing errors caused by incorrect measurements.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to product availability

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Replacement items will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Return Shipping

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • Customers must use a trackable shipping method

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact our support team at support@teaselhome.com and include: 

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos of the item (if requested)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
