Shipping Policy

DELIVERY TIME

All items showing as stock will be dispatched and delivered within 1-3 working days. If your items do not arrive within three working days of receiving a dispatch note via e-mail or confirmation via telephone of delivery then please Contact us and we will contact the courier.

Goods will be delivered between 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

FREE DELIVERY

We offer free delivery on all orders above 40$ within United States. We use only the best couriers delivering direct to your doorstep fully trackable. 

MISSED DELIVERY

If you miss delivery of your order you must respond to the card left by the couriers. If this is ignored the courier will re attempt delivery the next working day. If this re delivery is again unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the couriers depot for further instruction and eventually returned to The Baby Planet. If this occurs then the buyer will be responsible for re delivery charges.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and another party signs for your goods, then Baby Planet cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
